Our Mission Statement

Suffield Fitness Factory is dedicated to providing the community of athletes with the very best facility and the most knowledgeable coaching staff. Our program stretches beyond the ten adaptations of crossfit: we incorporate various styles of training and philosophies that facilitate the healthiest and most effective results. We recognize that each athlete performs at a various levels and strive to continually strengthen their physical as well as mental ability. The training our coaches provide will invigorate athletes to not only accomplish their set goals, but establish future goals in order to maintain a continual sense of accomplishment; with those two core elements, our athletes’ fitness goals are endless. We operate a clean and professional environment where every athlete has a place and is welcome. We foster an environment of team building which is both motivational and inspirational. No athlete gets left behind; we train as one class, one gym and one team, we succeed together. Athletes who train at SFF not only love to challenge themselves, but love being challenged by others. Support, friendship, and inspiration are only a few of the positive aspects within our community. Our facility consists of the best equipment and unique technology that is utilized in our creative training. Our certified coaches are the most skilled and inspirational trainers available, they express their expertise with sincerity through their interactions, instructions, and the education they provide to all athletes. We, at Suffield Fitness Factory, are passionate about our training, our program, and the progression of each athlete’s potential. We value our athletes and genuinely care about their health, fitness, and satisfaction in our program.

What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen. Thousands of athletes worldwide have followed our workouts posted daily on this site and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes.
